Eric Franklin founded ERIMAX Inc. in 2001 as a government services provider in management consulting, information technology and cybersecurity. Since then, Eric has nurtured ERIMAX to a 8(a) program graduate working with more than 20 Federal agencies. Eric has a long history of advocating for small, women-owned, and minority businesses. He is a past recipient of the Leading Edge CEO of the Year Award and was named as Maryland Minority Small Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Michelle Graves | President
As the President of ERIMAX Inc., Michelle Graves will drive the strategic planning initiatives for ERIMAX’s core business as well as the company’s expansion into new markets. She has a proven executive track record of over 20 years’ experience in leading with strategic vision and direction.
Michelle’s firm operations, internal controls, and information systems management skills have been pivotal in breaking new ground in the civilian government sectors for ERIMAX Inc. Michelle’s vision focuses on business management, leadership development, technical consulting and change management. In January 2018, she was named President of ERIMAX Inc. Since joining the company in 2016 as Vice President of Operations, Michelle has led teams that have served numerous government agencies in technical and management consulting, financial management, program management, strategic planning and acquisition. Prior to joining ERIMAX Inc., Michelle was a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, serving as Market Account Leader, Program Manager and Business Developer in the firm’s Homeland Security and Intelligence business sectors. Her stable client and industry partnerships within the Federal Government markets ensure profitable growth.
Michelle holds a MBA and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Boston University. She also holds a PMP certification.
